Who they are

Trishna Daswaney is the founder of Kohl Kreatives which began began when she was bullied as a teenager, and she used makeup to help improve her self-esteem. Trishna teaches people how to do their makeup for themselves but also wanted to create products to help build skills and confidence along with make up workshops or clinic sessions.

She participated in the Ingenuity Programme in 2017, which provided her with mentoring, seed funding, and business skills training to launch. Trishna’s product line includes a powder cleanser to save water, eyeliner stickers for ease and specially designed makeup brushes and tools to suit those with a motor disability and dexterity issues.

Using a male alias to get recognition and business opportunities, Kohl Kreatives is based on the principles of inclusivity and community and aims to help people with vitiligo, alopecia, burns and scars as well as those undergoing chemotherapy. 

What they sell

The main brush set costs £44.99 which includes free delivery (all orders over £40). Also available are a range of stickies that start from £9.99. There are a range of these to help make applying makeup easier.
