Accessibility Statement

Accessible online means all users can engage, acquire and enjoy content in exactly the same way.

Accessibility isn't just a check box. It's not something that can simply be crossed off as an optional extra or by adding a couple of alt tags to images here and there with a plugin. It's not just about accounting for screen readers.

Our users may have low vision or other visual impairments, physical disabilities involving motor control, they may identify as neurodivergent or suffer from dyslexia or autism spectrum disorder, everything in between or combinations of all of the above. Our users may even just suffer from terrible connection speeds. The list is literally endless.

With over 30% of the population requiring help with digital accessibility, whether that's due to a disability or data poverty, I'd imagine that making your site more inclusive will only improve what people think of your site and you, as a business.

We are aiming to make this site as accessible as possible, and we are striving for a Level AAA conformance as per W3C WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 (Click here to read more about the WCAG guidelines). As the Never Grey site evolves and we add new features, we will continue to try to hit this level as a minimum but also go beyond.

We use multiple open source accessibility scanners to ensure we have kept to web standards and have conducted a series of manual tests pre-launch and continue to do so.

We would greatly appreciate feedback if you spot anything we've missed or something that would make your time on our site more enjoyable. So, if you discover any issue on our site, please do let us know and we'll fix it as fast as we can. We will also look to include you in the process, if possible.
