Recycled sterling silver (925), solid brass, copper, and sustainably sourced metals form the base of their creations, complemented by gold vermeil—a generous 2.5-micron coating of gold over sterling silver for lasting brilliance. 

Charlotte’s Web also stands by the longevity of its pieces and each item comes with a one-year guarantee, during which all repairs and re-plating are complimentary. After that period, the brand continues to offer affordable re-plating services, ensuring every cherished piece can be worn and loved for years to come.
