Why Beedle Bug is featured on Never Grey

Inspired by her grandson Cohen, who was born with a rare form of brain aneurysm which lead to a diagnosis of cerebral palsy as and autism, Linda Beedle created Sockietalkies. 

Made with a finger hole for independent of both sides for smooth, pull-on dressing, these socks combine comfort and ease with motivational messages for a positive start to the day. These are socks with a purpose. 

Created with a small pulley loop at the cuff of the sock makes it easier for children and adults who have limited mobility. Sockietalkies are reinforced to sustain a big pull on the fabric, but remain soft and comfortable at the same time. 

These socks benefit older people, people with disabilities and carers as they encourage independent dressing and their range of bright and colourful socks provides a choice and dignity for everyone.  

These thoughtful designs incorporate positive messages like "Hey you! You are Amazing" and "I have faith in you" and "practice makes progress" to spark that joy for the day from the moment you get dressed, through to the end of the day when you take off your shoes and sockietalkies. 

Their first design had the phrase "I am strong and capable" with a tree design as a symbol of being reslient and with a reminder of what you can achieve.
