Who they are

Inspired by an initiative where founder Rachel Thompson was to design for 'Jane' a wheelchair user, Adapted Trends Clothing aims to answer the question " How can young people and children express their personality if there is no choice available?".

Whilst the adapted trousers available to everyone they hope to create accessible clothes that are both on trend and fit for purpose and aim to expand their range to offer items that provide freedom of personal choice and support the parents and carers of young people with special educational needs and wheelchair users.

What they sell

Their range of adapted trousers in cotton, denim and waterproof fabric are designed with special features such as a drawstring waist and trouser legs to easily gather the fabric as well as allow for trouser legs to be open to suit a boot or calipers. Deep pockets allow for easy access for wheelchair users and full length zips allow for easy dressing and undressing.

These trousers in a comfortable and stylish designs are available in 6 sizes in both the child and adult range. Prices range from £55 to £64.
