Who they are

Founder, Matt Pattison, dedicated over 20 years to creating health tech for others. As a Designer, Chartered Physiotherapist, and Chartered Ergonomist, he witnessed how society often addresses health problems too late.

But in his relentless pursuit of others wellness, Matt himself was heading toward burnout. His stress relief methods, like running marathons, led to injuries so he turned to breath work, Pilates and Deep Pressure Stimulation (DPS), a technique.

This method is scientifically proven to calm the nervous system and reduce stress, like giving your nerves a nice, calming cuddle.

What they sell

CALMR offers a range of weighted scarves and capes for children and adults designed to help with relaxation, improve sleep, lower heart rates, and enhance mood. CALMR products offer all the benefits of weighted blankets in a more portable form.
