That’s why we carefully select brands that not only bring creativity and uniqueness to mobility aids, but also ensure they are reliable, practical, and built to last.

Today, we’re letting our community know that we’ll be removing Neo Walk as one of our featured brands.

While Neo Walk has offered eye-catching and personalised walking sticks that celebrate style, our experience and feedback from the community have highlighted concerns we can’t overlook.

Over the past two years, two of our own Neo Walk sticks have broken during use. Losing a mobility aid while walking is not just inconvenient, it can be dangerous. Mobility aids must be strong and dependable at all times. No matter how stylish a stick may look, if it cannot be trusted to hold up when needed most, we cannot continue to recommend it. Unfortunately I’m not the only person this has happened to and others have experienced a fall as a result of sticks snapping. 

For these security reasons, we’re removing Neo Walk from our recommended brands.
